BOOKING VALIDITY
The booking guaranteed by a deposit is valid until 12:00 AM on the day of arrival.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
The room is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:30 AM on the day of departure. For arrivals and/or departures at other times, please contact the reception directly.
LATE ARRIVAL/EARLY DEPARTURE
Late arrival and/or early departure will still require payment for all booked nights.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards.
Current account cheques are accepted if presented within 48 hours of the departure date and only with CENTAX system authorization.
The hotel reserves the right to block the amount of the stay due, net of any deposits or advance payments, on the credit card provided at the time of booking at any time.
MEALS
No reduction is made for meals not consumed.
CONFIRMATION OF ROOM NUMBER
When booking, it is not always possible to confirm the room number, floor, and location definitively, but only the general type chosen. In the event of special needs or requests, with a minimum stay of 7 nights, it is possible to choose a specific room by adding a 5% supplement to the general type rate.
BEACH (where included)
The beach is included from the day of arrival to the day before departure (the last day is on request and is extra).
It is possible to access with small pets by booking the umbrellas dedicated to them, consult our regulations.
LEARDINIGROUP TRAVEL PREVENTION SERVICE
To protect yourself from penalties due to possible cancellations of the entire booked stay, we offer the possibility to subscribe to our advantageous Travel Prevention Service at a cost of €15.00 per day per room (minimum stay 5 nights).
MINORS STAY
Minors can stay in the hotel only if accompanied by at least one parent, presenting an identity document at check-in; minors cannot stay in the hotel alone, even if they have an identity document or a parental delegation.
The “Leardinigroup Travel Prevention Service” protects you in case of:
cancellation of booking due to illness or serious accident of the guest for whom the stay was booked
serious accident or sudden serious emergency requiring hospitalization of a family member of the guest
serious damage (theft, fire, etc.) to the guest’s property (house, apartment) necessitating their presence
In each of the above cases, it is necessary to present a certificate attesting the reason for cancellation (medical certificate/police report, etc.)
The “Leardinigroup Travel Prevention Service” exclusively covers the cancellation of the entire stay and cannot be adopted in case of late arrival or early departure.
